BJSM Live will bring together the sports and exercise medicine community from across the globe, to explore and discuss the latest evidence and cutting-edge research on managing patients in your practice, creating a healthier world for all. 

For the online sessions, you can dip in and out and catch up on all you’ve missed in your own time, up to six months after the conference. All registrants (online and in-person) will have access to recorded sessions.

The prices displayed above are in GBP and are not inclusive of VAT. This will be based on your registration package and country of residence and will be added automatically during the registration journey as such:

 

In-Person Access
VAT for attendees will be applied the UK VAT rate of 20%

Online Access

  • VAT for attendees in the UK is 20%
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding UK) who are NOT VAT registered is 20%
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding UK) who ARE VAT registered is 0%
  • VAT for attendees different from the above is 0%

Student applications

We are offering a limited number of discounted places for students in full-time education to attend BJSM Live. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

These discounts are applicable to both our virtual and in-person. Please note, we cannot offer help towards travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.

To apply for the discounted student places, please send one of the following to Rachel Vangucci at rvangucci@bmj.com:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
  • An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference (25 May 2022)

If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.
